Tim Gunn is a civil litigation expert.

His main areas of practice are Insurance Law, Employment Disputes and Civil Litigation.

He started legal practice in Queenstown. He then moved to work for insurance law firms in Auckland and Sydney, Australia. Once established in Insurance Law, the highlight came when he worked for the late Andrew Hooker. Andrew exuded passion in everything he did. He was relentless in standing up for the rights of the underdog. Tim tries to honour Andrew’s message of passion, expertise and dedication.

Tim has appeared in the High Court, District Court, Weathertight Homes Tribunal, Tenancy Tribunal and countless mediations.
